Yes! Here on our stretch of Main Street in downtown Victoria Texas we’re about to open a University of Houston-Victoria Arts Center Bookshop, offering books by the UHV Presses: Chax, Cuneiform, Dalkey Archive. Also journals from the U such as Huizache, published by CentroVictoria as the Magazine of Latino Literature, and symploke, our journal of literary and cultural theory. The bookstore will likely add a section of books by UHV Faculty, and, we hope, selected titles of interest to the community that cares about poetry, innovative fiction, and related titles.
